Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the front of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
